Statutory warranty
CAR1MILLON is responsible for any lack of conformity during the applicable statutory period. For new goods sold to consumers in Spain, that period is currently three years from delivery. A limited edition or personalised configuration does not reduce this protection.
Components
The warranty applies to the complete product sold by CAR1MILLON: display composition, structure, finishes, display case, integrated lighting and scale model, taking into account the nature of each component. CAR1MILLON is the customer's point of contact even where a component comes from an external supplier.
Lighting service
If an issue is limited to the LED module and can be resolved safely and simply, CAR1MILLON may send a replacement module with instructions. Where diagnosis or integration is required, CAR1MILLON will arrange insured collection or provide the appropriate procedure. For issues covered by the statutory warranty, the remedy will be provided without the necessary costs being borne by the consumer.
Damage not covered
Damage caused by impacts after delivery, liquids, unauthorised handling, incompatible chargers or use contrary to the instructions will be assessed separately and may be subject to a prior quotation. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects present at delivery.
Care
- Use the lighting occasionally for ambience; do not leave it switched on continuously, 24 hours a day.
- Charge only according to the specifications in the supplied instructions.
- Avoid extreme heat, moisture, liquids and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- Clean the acrylic with a soft cloth and compatible products; do not use abrasives.
- Move the composition by holding the structure, never the display case or model.
- Keep the packaging for transport or technical service.
