Right of withdrawal
Where applicable, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to communicate their decision to withdraw without giving a reason.
The law provides an exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. That exception applies only where the configuration genuinely meets those requirements and the customer was informed before purchase. It does not affect the warranty for defects or lack of conformity.
How to notify us
Write to legal@car1millon.com stating your name, order number, reference and an unequivocal statement of withdrawal. You may also use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract relating to order [number], received on [date].”
Secure return
Do not send the composition without instructions. CAR1MILLON will provide the return address and a procedure appropriate to the value and fragility of the piece. Where the law permits the direct cost of return to be borne by the consumer, the cost or a reasonable estimate will be disclosed before purchase if it cannot be calculated in advance.
Refund
Where applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise validly agreed, within the statutory period. CAR1MILLON may withhold the refund until the piece is received or proof of return is provided where permitted by law.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product
If the composition arrives damaged, incomplete, does not match what was agreed or otherwise lacks conformity, contact us promptly. CAR1MILLON will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. Necessary costs of remedying a covered lack of conformity will not be borne by the consumer.
