Shipping quotation
Shipping is not included in the price of the composition unless expressly stated. Before the customer becomes bound, CAR1MILLON discloses the cost, eligible destination, proposed service, estimated timeframe and available cover.
Preparation and transit
Preparation is estimated at approximately one week, subject to availability and configuration. Transit begins after quality control and is not included in that timeframe.
Protection of the piece
The composition is presented in its case and protected inside external packaging suitable for high-value transport, with immobilisation and impact protection. The carrier, tracking service, signature requirement and insurance cover are confirmed for each destination before the order is placed.
Destinations, customs and taxes
Shipping availability depends on the destination and carrier restrictions. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to duties, taxes or import procedures payable by the recipient where required by local law. CAR1MILLON will disclose any known information before purchase but does not control charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Receipt and damage
We recommend inspecting the packaging on receipt and retaining the box, protective materials and labels until the piece has been checked. If there is visible damage, photograph the exterior, protective materials and affected component and write promptly to info@car1millon.com. This recommendation assists any claim against the carrier and does not restrict statutory rights.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
The customer must verify the address before dispatch. Costs arising from incorrect information or a failed delivery attributable to the recipient may be charged after the amount has been disclosed and justified, without prejudice to any applicable rights.
