What happens next

Private review
Your request is read personally, not processed. Luis Ndong writes to you within one business day and confirms within 72 hours whether the commission is accepted. If it is not accepted, or if you have not heard from him in that time, your deposit is returned in full.

Your specification
Together we settle the model, the Alcantara tone against your paintwork, the base finish and the wording of your plaque. Nothing is cut, ordered or engraved until you approve it in writing.

The build
From the day you approve, your piece is delivered within eight weeks, to your door. You receive photographs from the bench as it takes shape, and you can write to me at any point along the way.
Your allocation deposit is 15% of the price of your piece, and it is credited in full against the final price of your commission.
Until you approve your specification in writing, it is refundable in full. Approval is a written act, and it is yours to give. If the conversation stops, your deposit stays available to you: as a credit towards any future commission, or refunded in full whenever you ask.
Ten pieces exist of each reference. One of them is being made for you.
