TERMS OF SERVICE

All orders are handcrafted and typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Before leaving our studio, each piece undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure perfection.

Note: Delivery times may extend slightly during holidays or periods of high demand.

If you need your model by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, so please provide a shipping address where someone will be available (home, work, neighbor, etc.).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.


Orders Outside the European Union

If you are ordering from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to import duties or taxes once it arrives in your country.

Orders within the EU are typically shipped from our European facility. If this is not possible for any reason, you will be notified in advance.

Any additional charges for customs clearance (including Certificate of Origin or other special documentation) are your responsibility, as Car1millon has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

By purchasing from Car1millon as a non-EU customer, you act as the importer of record and are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations in the destination country.

💎 Returns & Refunds

Each Car1millon piece is made to order and entirely unique, which means standard returns are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 calendar days of receipt so we can assess the issue and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Items must be returned using a tracked and certified shipping service.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable until the item has been safely returned.

If a replacement is not available (due to its one-off nature), an alternative solution or full refund will be offered.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
Please note: Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer, even for gift purchases.

They may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express written permission.


🎨 Color & Detail Variations

Each Car1millon piece is crafted by hand.
While we take every care to accurately represent our products, minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur.
These are a natural part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccurate information prior to completing a transaction.
