At Car1millon, we take great pride in offering exclusive, limited-edition scale models for collectors. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was sent.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  2. Timeframe for Returns

    • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    • Due to their collectible and limited-edition nature, products cannot be returned for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  4. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  5. Return Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
